Well, my last day at PPG is almost over. It's sad knowing that, as I explain all of my duties and current projects, I will no longer be involved or have any ownership at the facility. It's a terrific place to work...I will miss all of the friendly faces here. A lot of people appreciate our help and many more just stop in to say "hey" and "sup". There are people here who are genuinely sad and surprised to see me go. While, it makes me feel good, I feel a little guilty!
Thanks to all of my past and present coworkers who came down to Buffalo Wild Wings today. In all, there were almost two dozen friends there! I sure appreciated it and was encouraged by it. We even rode in the VIP van down to East Peoria. Zim Zinser did a great job navigating through the snowstorm.
On another note, I am NOT going to miss this STUPID weather. If it's not below zero, it's snowing. Good riddance, winter.
The best popcorn in the whole world!!
I officially leave for Greenville on Sunday morning, so wish me luck! The drive is about 730 miles and should take about 12 hours, if all goes well.
That's it for now!
